GENERAL HISTORY

On November 11, 1998 in Dublin Ireland, out of a deep passion and love of exceptional
music of all kinds, Crownn was born. The mission statement was established then and
remains intact today.

("It is Crownn's mission to seek out the best in music of all types ranging from  alternative
rock, R&B, folk, rock, blues, hip-hop to Gospel and even those genres not yet " pigeon
holed" by our industry.")

The road chosen that day was not without its bumps along the way but through hard work,
dedication and determination. Over the last 10 years Crownn has grown to have registered
liaison offices in Ireland, Japan, The United States of America, Germany and Canada staffed
by seasoned individuals offering a cumulative total of 300 years of solid music industry
experience in all aspects of the business. During this time we have released albums and
singles of artist from the four continents of the world from Solomon (Ireland), The Beautiful
Girls (Australia), Rearview (Japan), Allen Gogarty (Ireland) as well as releases of the same
artist in The United States.

In the last eighteen months we have restructured Crownn Recording Group as well as
continuing with other branches of Crownn (i.e. Ambog Booking and Bofi LLC and Worthwhile
Management) but mainly concentrating on bands with a certain criteria for longevity.
